About Joji

Joji is a premium Japanese dining experience where traditional techniques meet modern artistry. Our menu celebrates the depth and precision of Japanese cuisine — from delicate sashimi and sushi to robata-grilled perfection. The Role

We're looking for skilled and passionate Chefs (both full-time and casual) to join our growing team. You'll work alongside an experienced kitchen brigade to deliver consistently outstanding dishes that reflect Joji's high standards and culinary vision.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and presenting premium Japanese dishes to perfection
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and team to execute seasonal and specialty menus
  • Upholding kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Contributing to a supportive and dynamic kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Japanese or premium restaurant settings
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • A calm and professional approach under pressure
  • Passion for culinary innovation and continuous learning
  • Availability for full-time or flexible casual shifts
