Nour is one of Sydney's most celebrated modern Middle Eastern restaurants — elegant, vibrant, and full of heart. The menu brings together traditional flavours with contemporary flair, all crafted from the best local produce and served in a setting that's both refined and welcoming.

We're now looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team full-time. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a professional, creative kitchen that values precision, innovation, and teamwork.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie at Nour, you'll take responsibility for your section, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food with consistency and care. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in every plate, every detail, and every guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and executing dishes to the highest standard across your section.
  • Maintaining kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior chefs.
  • Upholding food safety and compliance standards.
  • Collaborating with senior chefs to refine dishes and contribute new ideas.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant environment.
  • Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for presentation.
  • Calm, professional, and reliable under pressure.
  • Team-focused with strong communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for modern, produce-driven Middle Eastern cuisine.
