As a Campus Operations Rep, you're not just "behind the desk." You're the friendly face that greets students, supports parents, and keeps the campus humming along. Every shift, you'll help create a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring space where students can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for parents, students, and tutors
  • Keep the campus buzzing by handling enquiries, scheduling classes, and coordinating daily activities
  • Run key operations: feedback calls, printing class materials, data entry, and making sure the space looks amazing
  • Help tutors and families feel supported so every class runs smoothly
  • Open or close the HORNSBY OR CHATSWOOD campus to keep everything running on time

The Details

  • Hours: 10–15 per week
  • Pay: $25 – $29 per hour depending on experience
  • Possible Shifts:
  • Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
  • Friday, pm
  • Saturday, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm

What It Takes

  • At least a years' experience in customer service or admin
  • Super organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • A people-person who enjoys helping others and solving problems
  • Confident with tech and quick to learn new systems
  • Someone who genuinely connects with our mission to support students and families
