About Us

Tenkomori Ramen House is a popular Japanese casual dining brand expanding across Sydney.

We are opening a new location at Hornsby Westfield Food Court and are looking for passionate and reliable Managers / Team Leaders to join our team.

The new store will also feature a café area, and you will be involved in café operations such as preparing and serving drinks.

Key Responsibilities


•Lead and motivate a small team during service to maintain smooth daily operations


•Manage shop opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock control and ordering


•Support training and onboarding of new staff to maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards


•Operate the café area, prepare and serve coffee and other beverages


•Deliver excellent customer service and solve issues quickly to ensure a great guest experience


•Monitor sales and workflow to help improve team efficiency and service speed

Requirements


•Conversational English skills (able to communicate with customers and team members)


•Valid visa for 12+ months preferred


•Previous experience in hospitality, café work, kitchen or retail is highly regarded


•Positive attitude, reliability and hands-on leadership style

Pay: $24.28 – $30.00 per hour
