We have an opportunity for an On-Campus Consultant to join our corporate and international Health Insurance team. In this role, you'll be laser-focused on cultivating new sales opportunities by passionately promoting Bupa's comprehensive Insurance product suite. As you do, you'll also play a crucial role in amplifying Bupa's influence in enhancing the health and well-being of our cherished members.

This isn't just a job; it's a dynamic journey towards positive change. As a permanent full-time team member, you'll be dedicated to supporting our esteemed university partner in Sydney.

You’ll have a dynamic work location across university campuses. You'll also enjoy the flexibility of working from the Bupa office and the comfort of your own home. We maintain regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

**How will you make a difference?**

The On-Campus Consultant is a growth focused customer service role that provides support to both existing and prospective Bupa customers. Servicing overseas students as well as domestic students and staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Bupa can continue to work strategically with our partners in delivering health and care offerings to this evolving industry.

**Your everyday tasks are but limited to**
- Be Bupa's Friendly Face: Always represent Bupa with a warm and professional demeanour while stationed at our University partners, creating a positive impression.
- Revenue Generation: Skilfully promote and sell Bupa products, harnessing their features and benefits to unlock new revenue opportunities with our educational partners.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a passion for resolving customer inquiries promptly and effectively on the first interaction, emphasizing a sense of urgency.
- Campus Engagement: Actively participate in on-campus events such as orientations, health kiosks, and wellness activities, engaging students and promoting Bupa's presence.
- Brand Ambassador: Champion Bupa as a trusted health and care provider within partner institutions and the broader education sector, building our reputation.
