About our client

Our client is a leading specialist family law practice with offices across Victoria and interstate. With a team of over 10 dedicated family lawyers, including multiple Accredited Specialists, they are consistently recognised in industry rankings for excellence. The firm is known for its supportive environment, structured development, and dedication to quality outcomes.

Your day-to-day

You will work closely with senior Accredited Specialists on a diverse range of complex family law disputes, from property and parenting to de facto and financial agreements. You'll gain early client responsibility with strong guidance.

  • Manage family law files end-to-end
  • Draft and review court documents and agreements
  • Conduct client meetings and negotiations
  • Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

What you need to succeed

  • Admission to practice in Victoria with 3+ years PQE in family law
  • Solid drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills
  • Career-focused with strong team orientation
