What We Offer Students

• Primary School Tutoring (Years 4–6): Strengthening foundations in English and Mathematics.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Academic Tutor to join our team on a part-time/casual basis. You will deliver high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions to students across Australia, focusing on Mathematics, English, and enhancing communication/confidence skills. This role is best for high achievers recently graduated from High School and University Students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions tailored to each student's needs.
• Help students achieve measurable academic progress and build confidence in their abilities.
• Align lessons with the relevant government syllabus for each state.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents to create a positive and productive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in private tutoring or teaching, particularly in Mathematics and English, other experience in teaching IPT, SDD, HSIE, and Sciences are welcome.
• Education: A strong academic background, preferably a recent High School Graduate with an ATAR above 80 or students with a Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Strong subject matter expertise in Mathematics and English.
• Bonus: Experience tutoring for Primary School Subjects, and/or HSC subjects.

Key Requirements

• ABN: An existing ABN or willing to apply for an ABN
• Valid WWCC: An existing WWCC or willing to apply for a WWCC in order to work with students.
• Full Working Rights in Australia: Applicants must have full and legal working rights in Australia to be considered.
• Technologically Savvy: Applicants must be familiar with Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 Platforms,or, be able to quickly adapt and learn new platforms.
