9-month Fixed Term Contract
The Role
Are you passionate about turning complexity into clarity? As our Technical Writer, you'll play a key role in shaping how our various teams understand and execute processes.
You'll collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are clear, compliant, and user-friendly. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
This is a site-based, full-time position for a 9-month fixed-term contract at our Bega -Ridge Street (NSW) facility, with the possibility of extension if required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in partnership with operational and technical experts.
Ensure documentation meets internal standards for clarity, consistency, and compliance
Conduct reviews of SOPs and manage version control and document lifecycle using our document management systems
Coordinate approval workflows and ensure timely sign-off
Support continuous improvement initiatives through high-quality documentation
