Are you friendly, energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a motivated Part Time Guest Services Agent to join our team at our beautiful holiday parks along the Sunshine Coast.

Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks are a premier destination for families and travelers seeking a memorable experience in a beautiful setting.

Job Description:

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience while handling enquiries, reservations and guest concerns.  The ideal candidate will have a holistic approach and experience to holiday park operations including an ability to close a sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide information about the park's amenities, activities and local attractions
  • Handle reservations and manage guest enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in guest services or similar customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software (RMS)
  • Own reliable transport (car) along with flexibility to work at various holiday parks
  • Availability every second weekend
  • A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping others
