What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating a team of bus builders on the workshop floor.
  • Supervising and supporting day-to-day production to meet schedules and quality standards.
  • Working hands-on in bus assembly and installation.
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring safe work practices at all times.
  • Supporting team development and maintaining a positive, productive culture.

  • Bus building experience (essential).
  • Leadership experience in an assembly, mechanical, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
