Position OverviewA hands-on role, where you'll be on the tools as well as a providing direction to a small team. As a Leading Hand Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of skilled mechanics while assisting the Store Manager with efficient workflow and job allocation through the workshop.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors.
Success Profile
•Leadership and the ability to delegate
•Good communication skills and taking pride in quality workmanship
•Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment
•Maintain a safe & organised work environment
•Ability to motivate team members
•Certificate 3 in Automotive Technician (Light)
•Valid Australian drivers licence
•Availability to work a minimum of every second Saturday
