We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team at Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers Maroochydore. This role is perfect for someone who loves Italian cuisine and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and service
  • Prepare and cook authentic Italian meals, especially gnocchi
  • Receive and rotate stock
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Lead by example and support the team during service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef (Italian cuisine is a plus)
  • Strong cooking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and teamwork approach
  • Knowledge of food safety standard

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
