About Us:

Taps is a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant known for its craft beers, delicious food, and great atmosphere. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with the restaurant's menu.

  • Ensure the kitchen is operating efficiently, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

  • Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service.

  • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation practices.

  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.

  • Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or relevant role in a restaurant setting.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary trends.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
