Casual Chef/Cook Job Description

Winghaus at Brisbane Showgrounds is currently seeking a talented and passionate Casual Chef/Cook to join our team at our location in Bowen Hills, QLD.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food according to Winghaus' recipes and standards
  • Ensure food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitary
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Chef/Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Proficient in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
