Event Operations Group are searching for Traffic Controllers to work with us at various events in Melbourne, including Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix, on a casual basis. The work will include event labour on-site during times traffic work is not needed.

We are an event support company that work up and down the east coast of Australia, specialising in 'greenfield events. In addition to managing events end-to-end we also provide tailored one-stop traffic management solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong sense of pride in their work and presentation
  • Has a willingness to work over weekends and public holidays
  • Is friendly, confident and works well in a team
  • Available to work 8-10 hour shifts
  • Willingness to do event labour
  • Has a positive attitude

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Traffic Control experience
  • Holds the relevant traffic control tickets: RIIWHS205E & RIIWHS302E or RIIWHS205D & RIIWHS302D
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Full Australian Manual Drivers Licence
  • Able to commute to various sites
  • Experience in developing traffic management plans is desirable
