What your day will look like....
You'll spend your time building meaningful connections with consumers, families, and carers, supporting them through tailored social work assessments, interventions, and case management. You'll collaborate closely with a diverse team of health professionals, contributing your insights to improve clinical outcomes and psychosocial wellbeing. Whether you're advocating for a consumer, consulting with external agencies, or mentoring a student, your work will be grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by empathy. You'll also have opportunities to shape service delivery through quality improvement initiatives, participate in research and education, and grow your own professional capabilities in a team that truly values your contribution.
