What your day will look like....
In this role, you'll be at the heart of patient care, primarily within the fast-paced Emergency Department. You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-level social work services, navigating complex cases with empathy and clinical expertise. Your day will involve engaging with patients and families during times of vulnerability, advocating for their needs, and coordinating care across services. You'll also contribute to shaping best practices, mentoring junior staff, and driving quality improvements. Whether you're supporting a patient through crisis or leading service planning discussions, your work will be deeply impactful and valued.
