About the Role
The Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations while providing administrative support across the business. This is an ideal role for someone who is proactive, organised and thrives in a polished corporate environment. The position will commence on a temporary basis in early December, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage front-of-house duties including reception, visitor management and general enquiries
•Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, catering and general facilities needs
•Provide administrative support to internal teams including document preparation and data entry
•Assist with onboarding tasks, staff logistics and coordination of internal events
•Liaise with suppliers, contractors and building management as required
•Support ad hoc tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally
About You
•Previous experience in office coordination, administration or reception
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished manner
•Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
•Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
•Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
•Friendly, proactive and willing to support colleagues across the business
