High Intensity Carer - Support a High-Acuity Client in Their Home
At Vitalis Health & Home Care, we're seeking passionate and skilled carers to join our team and provide exceptional care for a client with complex medical needs. This role is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while building a fulfilling career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing one to one in home care to a client with complex care needs which include tracheostomy care and ventilator management, ensuring the client's safety and comfort at home.
  • Work a variety of shifts across a rotating 24/7 roster in the comfort of the clients home.
  • Enjoy support from a clinical nurse educator and fully trained after hours support team so that you are well support 24 hours a day.

What We're Looking For:
Clinical Expertise
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable but willingness to upskill is available.

Confidence in managing complex medical needs in a home setting or a clinical environment.

Professionalism and Reliability: A
dedicated carer who takes pride in delivering high-quality support.

Driving Capability
A valid driver's license or willingness to commute to Randwick or Mosman

Availability
This roster is a 24/7 rotating roster across three different shifts, you must have full or part time availability.

Empathy And Connection
Someone who builds meaningful relationships and approaches care with understanding and respect.

Additional Notes
Night shifts require active engagement to supervise and support the client's needs. This role will suit an RN, EN or High Intensity Carer
