What You'll Be Doing
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, performance-driven environment and enjoys leading with initiative and purpose.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and qualify potential clients.
- Conduct phone interviews to understand individual needs and assess alignment.
- Manage follow-up communication via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Engage in weekly Zoom-based training sessions with the wider team.
- Demonstrate consistency, accountability, and strong self-leadership.
