We are on the hunt for a Compliance Associate to join our team. If you have some experience with compliance and are looking to establish your career in pharmaceuticals, then this is the perfect role for you  If you are an enthusiastic self-starter then we want you on our leading quality team.

As a Compliance Associate your main goal is to ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.  You will be reviewing regulatory requirements for new product launches, maintenance of regulatory licenses and products.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance within the Medisca Australia facility and APAC markets
  • Create internal regulatory guides for employee training
  • Support the commercial team with relevant enquiries
  • Create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Participate, investigate and collate all information related to potential Product Recall
  • Review regulatory requirements for product launches/new business initiatives
  • Assess and qualify new product introduction
  • Update and maintain regulatory licenses and permits
  • Provide support for local and global compliance projects

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a Science discipline required
  • 1-2 years experience in Quality or Regulatory Affairs
  • Knowledge of NSW Health, TGA, and PICs
  • Project Management knowledge would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent English (oral & written) required
  • Detail oriented with strong writing skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) required

To be eligible for this position you must be an Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Please note this role involves mandatory drug & alcohol testing.
