About the Role
As the Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the school through a range of administrative and student support tasks. You will manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism, while maintaining accurate attendance records, enrolment documentation, and student files. The role includes assisting with school events, excursions, and administering first aid and daily medication.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 44 hours per fortnight, offering meaningful work in a supportive school environment and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the school community.
Your Responsibilities
As the Administrative Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Manage incoming calls, emails and general inquiries with efficiency and care
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as attendance records, enrolment paperwork and student files
- Support school events, excursions and daily operations
- Knowledge of OneSchool and Enrolment Procedures in a Primary School is preferable
- High level of organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
- Administering First Aid and daily Medication
