  • Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Monthly team bonus based on group targets

  • Probation: 3 months, with full training and onboarding support
What You'll Be Doing
  • Bridge the gap between document collection and submission — research lenders, structure deals, and prepare files ready for lodgement
  • Work closely with brokers on first-home buyer and construction deals (70–80% of our work is land/build with top-tier developers)
  • Solve complex scenarios and learn the art of deal structuring from experienced brokers
  • Build relationships with lenders and clients
  • Work in a culture where your ideas and input are valued
