Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Customer Service Junior at Bin It Now. The role is located in Eagle Farm, QLD. The Admin Customer Service Junior will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, managing communication with clients, and assisting with financial tasks. The role includes answering calls, responding to emails, data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance support
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in Administration, Customer Service, or related field is a plus
