FOH/Barista (Part-Time) – Scripted Cafe | Carina, QLD

About the Role:

We're seeking a versatile team member who can:

• Craft excellent coffee with strong barista skills
• Prepare fresh sandwiches and toasties, as well as milkshakes, cold brews and teas
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Assist in daily café operations including cleaning, stock replenishment, and maintaining presentation standards
• Work in a small, dynamic team where flexibility and a positive attitude are key

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of café/hospitality experience (Barista experience essential)
• Fast learner who can work independently and under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality products
• Team player with a proactive, can-do mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be available for part-time shifts (including weekends)
• Local candidates preferred (Carina and surrounding suburbs)
