About the role

In this role, your duties as a Boardroom/Corporate Waitstaff Member will include but not be limited to:

  • serving food & beverages professionally in corporate settings
  • managing boardroom setups and refreshment services
  • delivering high-level customer service with confidence and professionalism
  • collaborating with our waiting team in fast-paced environments
  • crafting specialty coffee beverages (for barista positions).
  • Barista skills are a nice-to-have for general waitstaff positions and are only required for specific barista roles

What we're looking for

  • Full Australian working rights essential
  • Min. 1–2 years previous corporate/fine dining service experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in corporate or fine dining service is required
  • Current NSW RSA certificate essential
  • Proven ability to carry 3 plates and drinks trays (will be tested during onboarding)
  • Complete black-and-white uniform (black pants, white long-sleeved shirt, black tie, vest and closed-toe shoes)

Bonus skills & experience

  • Strong barista skills (incl. latte art & coffee machine experience)
  • Supervisor/leadership experience in events or corporate venues
  • Police Check and/or WWC Check (preferred for some sites)
