We are currently seeking polished and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our NSW Casual Pool. This role offers flexibility, variety and the opportunity to work in premium boardrooms, corporate suites, event venues and private hospitality spaces across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities


• Deliver warm, attentive and professional food and beverage service

• Ensure boardrooms, dining spaces and service areas are correctly set and prepared

• Provide high-standard service across sit-down, a la carte and corporate hospitality formats

• Maintain exceptional hygiene, food safety and presentation standards

• Communicate effectively with chefs and service teams to deliver seamless service

The Person


• 3–5 years experience in Food & Beverage service is essential

• Prior experience in any of the following is highly regarded:

– Premium corporate dining

– 5 star hotel or hatted restaurants

– Airline lounges

– Private dining or boardroom service

– Conferences, events or venue service

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently during busy service periods

• Professional presentation, reliability and a calm, polished service style

• Must hold a valid RSA
