About the role

Join our ElevateAWM project team as Senior Business Analyst and support the successful delivery of digital technology solutions with a strong focus on Asset and Works Management Systems (AWM/EAM).

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define complex business requirements ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value and provide ad hoc support to the Workplace Health and Safety project.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and deliver the planning, elicitation, validation, and management of business requirements
  • Provide specialised advice while collaborating with internal customers to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable system requirements
  • Conduct complex business and systems process analysis, mapping current and future states to support solution design and implementation
  • Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, providing clear analysis of business impacts and value
  • Undertake business readiness and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Collaborate and maintain strong partnerships with project teams and vendors to understand and support the design, configuration, testing, implementation and continuous improvement of business systems

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects that deliver assets and works management into an existing ERP
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated experience working in a Business Analyst role, ideally in a dynamic, political environment
  • Substantial experience working collaboratively to achieve desired customer outcomes and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly effective planning, elicitation, and management of business requirements skills including an understanding of agile/adaptive delivery methods
  • Project management experience, with involvement in delivering major system implementations
