We are seeking a highly motivated Project Support to join our dynamic and growing Professional Services team. As a pivotal member, you will report to a Team Leader and play a critical role in enabling MYP to positively change the lives of people by giving them back time, control, and choice. You will achieve this by providing essential support and administrative assistance to our Project Manager.
The Job
- This role is suited for individuals with previous experience in administrative support, especially those who have assisted with the implementation of processes, new systems, or workflows.
- This is a hybrid role with 2 work-from-home days and 3 days in our South Brisbane office.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Professional Services: Assist with administrative tasks related to implementation and project management.
- Coordinate Implementation: Help manage software implementation activities using various tools and systems.
- Manage Milestones: Work with stakeholders to track and achieve implementation milestones.
- Drive Timeline: Assist in keeping the project on schedule through effective communication and priority tracking.
- Improve Processes: Contribute to developing better policies, processes, and procedures.
- Build Relationships: Foster effective relationships with sales, training, client success, and development teams.
- Adapt and Flex: Quickly adapt to changes and help set priorities for all stakeholders.
- Organise and Communicate: Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Document Accurately: Ensure processes and data are documented thoroughly.

- Strong experience in providing administrative support within a project or implementation environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task across many initiatives.
