As a
Data Processing Specialist
, you will play a key role in managing, analysing, and maintaining data to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of information across our systems. You will support business operations by ensuring data integrity, improving data quality, and contributing to process optimisation within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of data across multiple platforms.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors promptly.
  • Support reporting and analytics by preparing clean, structured datasets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve data management processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
  • Assist in developing and documenting data standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or data administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality in handling information.
