**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to become a part of our respected Administration team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while coordinating administrative functions.

This will involve, but is not limited to, providing support and assistance to the administrative and clinical teams, patients and relatives, by coordinating the clerical requirements for patients from admission to discharge along with directly manning the front reception of the hospital.

**About You**

Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to handle multiple tasks and experience working within a hospital setting will be critical for this role.
- You will also bring;_
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- High level of competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Meditech Patient Management System experience (desirable)

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate ranging from $35.37- $38.30 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clerk Grade 4 Yr2 to Grade 5 Yr2)

**Essential Requirements**
- _Must _provide a_ _**National Police Check** conducted within the previous 12 months
