Graphic Design and Content Creator
who's ready to make their mark and bring our brand to life across packaging, digital platforms, and events. This role would be ideal for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in content creation and digital marketing. This is your chance to join a dynamic, award-winning team that's as passionate about great beer as it is about bold, authentic branding.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating eye-catching designs that align with the BentSpoke Brand and Style Guide
  • Supporting product design from concept to can, including packaging and promotional materials
  • Coordinating with third-party suppliers to ensure top-notch quality and timely delivery
  • Designing marketing collateral for product launches, campaigns, and events
  • Developing signage and visual assets for festivals, activations, and our iconic BrewPub
  • Contributing to our online presence through engaging social media, blog, EDM, and website content
  • Supporting general business operations with creative design solutions
  • Collaborating across teams to bring our brand to life in every customer touchpoint
  • Working with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator collaboratively across projects

What We're Looking For

  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a love for design
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience or qualifications in Marketing, Design, or a related field (or currently studying)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Adobe suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Receptive to direction and committed to continuous growth
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Photography skills will be highly regarded
  • A self-starter who's curious, collaborative, and passionate about craft beer
  • Someone who lives and breathes the BentSpoke values
