Team Assistant

To keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, we're on the lookout for a proactive, energetic, and organised Team Assistant. You'll support our leadership team and help take care of the day-to-day tasks that keep the business moving forward.

Your primary responsibility will be assisting the team, especially the directors, with repetitive day-to-day tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing business.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with everyday admin and recurring operational tasks
• Coordinating groceries and supplies across both offices located in Southport
• Organising regular office cleans and managing service providers
• Supporting office upgrades including furniture, signage, and tech setups
• Registering vehicles with TMR and maintaining compliance
• Completing a short Motor Dealers Licence course (half-day, paid for by the business)
• Managing digital vehicle records and document storage in Google Drive
• Assisting with inventory admin, prize delivery coordination, and logistics
• Helping with winner experience tasks such as onboarding, bookings, and document collection
• Arranging courier pickups, post runs, and deliveries
• Booking car detailing and servicing appointments
• Helping organise team events such as Christmas parties, team birthdays, and lunches
• Taking care of daily upkeep including stocking fridges, tidying desks, and checking in with the team
• Using initiative to find helpful tasks to do when things are quiet

Applicants must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this position.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, dependable, and confident communicating with all kinds of people
• Has strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Can balance hands-on tasks with admin work
• Holds a manual driver's licence or is willing to get one
• Must hold either a manual or automatic driver's licence to fulfil the driving requirements of this role
• Is happy to complete the Motor Dealers Licence course (we will cover the cost)
• Can follow up on tasks and requests independently
• Enjoys being part of a team and contributes to a positive workplace culture
• Has experience in admin, office coordination, or support (a bonus, not essential)
• Preferably has 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
