The Role

Lead Group Healthcare is seeking a Quality and Education Manager for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Ocean Shores in the beautiful Northern Rivers Region of NSW.

Located a stone's throw from the beach, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a stable and steady, medium-sized facility that provides a fantastic support system, working directly alongside a Facility Manager, Clinical Managers, ANACC Support, Regional Support team plus 24-hour Clinical Care team.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance, and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.

Relocation assistance can be provided to the successful candidate

Role Requirements

  • Full-time Australian working rights
  • AHPRA Registration (RN)
  • 4 years of clinical experience in Aged Care
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment – desirable but not essential
  • Leadership capabilities with strong communication skill
