We seek a dynamic
- **Restaurant and Events Supervisor**

We are searching for a talented **Restaurant and Events Supervisor with** a flair for providing a high level of **customer service**, and a drive to support others to do the same,.

You will assist the Venue manager in the busy operations of this restaurant, bar, kiosk and events.

As **Restaurant Supervisor **you will work closely with the Venue Manager to manage the floor during busy service periods, working operationally and providing guidance to staff members.

In addition to being a superstar on the floor, and driving your team to succeed, you should also:

- Have minimum 1 years experience at a supervisory level
- Hold a current R.S.A and general knowledge of wine and serving styles
- Be organised individual with effective communication and leadership skills
- Be responsible and procedure driven (you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation in the Restaurant and Bar in the Managers absence)
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service for a la carte dining and events

Excellent presentation and communication Skills are essential.

We are seeking experienced, qualified, motivated, passionate team players with a can do approach, who are reliable, professional, responsible and committed, and have a strong background and experience in the hospitality industry.
