About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be working for Ventia, providing support to the Airtrain Division at the Brisbane Airport. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to selling of train tickets, monitoring the platforms and providing information and assistance to travellers.
Initially you will be rostered Monday to Friday, for around 30 hrs per week, across a combination of morning and afternoon shifts. After the first 3-month period, successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to be upskilled to become a permanent Ventia employee, with increased hours including weekends/ public holidays and overtime. This role has a training week starting November 26 so if successful for video interview you'll be contacted by 5/11 with onsite interviews between 12/11-14/11.

About You
- Customer Service Experience and some sales experience
 - Cash handling experience
 - A good attitude towards personal safety and safety of others
 - High level of personal presentation
 - Availability to work a rotating roster atleast 30 hours per week (including early starts, late finishes)
 - Availability for site interview at a mutually agreed time on 12th- 14th of November and start date of 26th of November.
 - Must have own transport to get to and from work (outside public transport times)
 - You will be required to attend a medical and obtain a National Police Check as part of our recruitment process.
