About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team on site in Central QLD. This role is a casual contract for around 12 weeks starting in January, will work a 5/2 Roster and will be Drive in Drive Out, with meals and accommodation provided whilst onsite.
This role is ideal for someone local to the Bowen or Ayr region, however we encourage and will consider applicants from all regional Queensland communities.
As Site Administrator you will play crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of day to day site activities by providing comprehensive administrative support to all DRA Operations staff.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to scanning, filing, data entry, record-keeping, and document control, to ensure accurate and up to date information is available for daily/weekly/ monthly reports.
- Support financial processes by preparing and consolidating timesheets, processing purchase orders and invoices, and credit card reconciliations
- Serve as a main point of contact between various departments, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Managing travel and accommodation for employees, visitors and subcontractors
- Assisting with mobilization of new employees, contractors and visitors, ensuring all personnel are inducted and compliant with clients requirements prior to arrival on site.
- Adhoc tasks as requested by DRA Operations leadership team to support day to day operations
About You
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and positive individual whom enjoys who posses for the following skills;
- Previous Site Administration experience, ideally in a remote environment – Essential
- Experience supporting shutdowns, mobilizations, or large-scale project coordination - highly desirable.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office including excel, as well as the ability to learn new systems with ease
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities effectively, especially during shutdowns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of site safety procedures with ability to work safely and effectively as part of a dynamic team
- Current Open Australian Drivers License – Essential
- Right to Work in Australia - Essential
- Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 – Essential
