About the role


• opening and closing the venue


• responsible for daily operations of the venue such as opening and closing, ensuring cleanliness, bar set, dining room set, etc


• overseeing the floor whilst working in the dining room


• supervising staff on your shift or when the manger is not there.


• as hearing by our policies and procedures already set in place

You will be supported by our integrated and organized operational systems and hospitality professionals so you can take this career opportunity to an exciting new level.

It is expected that the selected candidate would be skilled in the following;

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be hands on and possess a positive can do attitude
  • Forge loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele;
