Your Team
The Automation Enablement Manager sits in the Technology Transformation & Operations team reporting to the Senior Manager, Automation and AI Strategy & Governance.
Your Responsibilities
This role manages and prioritises Automation and AI initiatives with cutting-edge technology. You will facilitate prioritisation discussions with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all internal intelligent automation initiatives including GenAI initiatives
- Track progress and report on internal initiative status, risks, and dependencies
- Present initiative updates and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Coordinate onboarding of new tools and solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead cross-functional assessments involving Cybersecurity, Risk, Privacy, Legal, Data and Compliance teams.
- Ensure all onboarding of new Automation and GenAI tools and solutions meet internal governance and regulatory requirements.
- Manage documentation and approvals required for initiative execution.
- Ensure initiatives comply with enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Escalate and resolve issues related to risk, privacy, or compliance in a timely manner.
Your Capability and Experience
- Strong experience in technology project and delivery management roles.
- A high degree of autonomy and influence across the organisation.
- A strong understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, or automation.
- A passion for teaching technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
