Job Title: Automation Architect

Duration : Full Time

Responsibilities:

Overview: To architect, evolve, and scale enterprise-grade automation frameworks—while enabling innovation through AI and ensuring alignment with strategic quality engineering goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve the Enterprise Playwright Framework (UI & API) for modularity, scalability, and maintainability
  • Architect CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket) and manage secrets via KeyVault
  • Drive AI innovation with Copilot and agentic models (e.g. autonomous test generation, self-healing scripts)
  • Align automation practices and uplift legacy frameworks
  • Mentor Senior Automation Engineers and Consultants
  • Align automation and AI strategies with business goals
  • Monitor industry trends and adopt advancements for efficiency and customer value

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years in test automation
  • 3+ years in AI/ML testing applications
  • Strong grasp of AI model lifecycles and ML platforms
  • Experience with agent workflows and LLM integration
  • Experience in enterprise-scale AI adoption
  • Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium, UFT Developer , Mainframe testing tools
  • Strong coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, and Python
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps integration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
