Electrical/Controls Project Manager

We're now seeking an experienced
Project Manager with an electrical and controls background
to oversee complex projects, lead teams of tradespeople, and help drive automation initiatives to success.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate resources around automation-focused electrical project plans
  • Lead and mentor teams of fitters and electricians
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
  • Manage risk, compliance, and safety standards across projects
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Provide technical oversight for automation and electrical system integration
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on progress, financials, and resources

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive project management experience in electrical trades and automation
  • Electrical trade qualification, engineering background, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, resource planning, and team management abilities
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects efficiently
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills

    Macquarie Park, NSW
  • On-site with some travel across Australia
