Your new role

Due to growth, a Junior CA is required to join their CA team at a cadet, junior or even intermediate level. You will assist the Construction & Project Manager along with the Senior Estimator and work closely with another Contract Administrator. You will assist with material procurement, gathering contractor pricing, document control, filling out subcontracts etc. With scope for more duties depending on your level of experience. Examples of current projects include affordable housing developments, aged care developments and govt-building infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must be locally based, while candidates from all walks of life in construction are encouraged to apply. Whether you have a trade background, are currently studying or completed a diploma, or a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar, all will be well regarded. Some experience is ideal, but not essential. Whether you've worked with a builder doing a similar CA role, or perhaps you're a Project Manager with a Sub-contractor, either way, please apply. In addition to the above, strong communication skills are essential; being able to conduct daily contact with subbies and suppliers, confidently, is required.
