Synergie is seeking a Superintendent Representative (AO5) for a Queensland Government department delivering major infrastructure and building projects, located in Rockhampton.


The important parts
  • Monday – Friday | 36.25 hrs/week
  • $68.22 per hour + super
  • Immediate start available | Ongoing temporary opportunity

What you will be required to do

Support delivery of complex government building projects through expert contract supervision and administration.

  • Oversee contract administration for construction & engineering projects
  • Conduct site inspections & manage site meetings
  • Assess claims, variations & support dispute resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Building Act & contract conditions
  • Maintain reporting & contribute to QA improvements

To be successful in the role you will
  • Have proven experience in contract administration
  • Have strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Be capable of interpreting legislation, contracts & technical documents
  • Have strong time-management & decision-making ability
  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have reliable transport and ability to get to work
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude to safety in every role
