Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

You will work closely with our Marketing, Creative, and Influencer/UGC teams to ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, strategy, and business objectives. This role requires a mix of creativity, organisation, and strategic thinking.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute monthly social content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and business goals.
  • Identify trends and opportunities across platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Build platform-specific strategies for growth (IG, TikTok, Facebook, YT Shorts, LinkedIn).

Content Creation & Production

  • Oversee end-to-end content production including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Work with creators, ambassadors, and internal team members to capture consistent content.
  • Maintain brand voice across all content pillars (education, humour, community, empowerment, brand).

Community Management

  • Respond to comments, messages, and community conversations in a timely, on-brand way.
  • Monitor sentiment, escalate issues, and protect the brand reputation.
  • Grow a community that feels connected, heard, and excited to be a part of the brand.

Influencer & UGC Collaboration

  • Work with the Influencer/UGC Manager to brief creators, distribute content, and optimise performance.
  • Identify rising creators and potential partnership opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: reach, engagement rate, video retention, follower growth, link click-throughs, and revenue impact.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use data to refine strategy, messaging, and content formats.

Campaign Management

  • Coordinate all social deliverables for launches, events, sales, and major marketing activations.
  • Manage posting schedules, approvals, and cross-platform distribution.

Skills & Experience/Must-Haves

  • Bachelors Degree In Business & Marketing
  • Strong experience creating content for Instagram & TikTok.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong understanding of trends, hooks, content formats, and social behaviours.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in eCommerce, supplements, health/fitness, or a fast-growth brand.
  • Experience running paid social ads (Meta) or coordinating with a performance team.
  • Photography or graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
