About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Producer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in building our brand's online presence, growing our social media communities, and engaging audiences across all platforms. If you have a talent for storytelling, a knack for creating compelling content, and a passion for fostering online communities, this role is for you.

You will spearhead the creation of daily content that resonates with our audience, showcases our products, and drives both engagement and sales. As the Social Media Content Producer, you will live and breathe our brand, ensuring its values and voice shine through in all content. Through innovative strategies and a results-driven approach, you'll grow our community to double digits while elevating our brand presence.

This position is based in the office in Teneriffe, Brisbane and will have travel to stores for content production. This is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Create and manage daily content, including graphics, photos, and videos, to maintain an engaging and visually appealing feed and post to relevant social media platforms.
• Product Tutorials: Develop tutorials and how-to content showcasing product usage and benefits.
• Sales Promotion: Strategise and execute social media campaigns to promote products, drive sales, and bring customers into stores.
• Community Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow our online communities across all social media platforms with the goal of achieving double-digit growth.
• Influencer Collaboration: Utilise the #gifted platform to identify, contact, and manage influencer relationships. Monitor influencer content to ensure alignment with our brand.
• Monitoring and Engagement: Actively monitor comments, messages, and trends, engaging with our audience to foster a sense of community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare detailed monthly reports to share insights and optimizations with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, including scheduling and analytics platforms.
• Creative Content Creation: Proven experience creating visually appealing and engaging content (photography, videography, and graphic design skills are a plus).
• Brand Storytelling: Ability to embody the brand's voice and translate its values into relatable and inspiring online content.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in tracking and analysing social media metrics to inform strategies and measure success.
• Influencer Management: Familiarity with working with influencers, including outreach, gifting, and ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and stay ahead of social media trends.
• Excellent Communication: Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and tone consistency.

Experience and Education

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or content production.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent work experience.
• Portfolio showcasing examples of successful social media campaigns and creative content.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
