KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote our Brand through Email, Web, Seo, some Cold Calling
  • Liaise with customers to sell products via the Website
  • Take photos, edit and upload images to social media and company website, and assist with social media written and visual content
  • Organise courier and airfreight bookings with customers and freight companies
  • Prepare invoices for orders and follow-up payments
  • Ensure email and social media enquiries are replied to.
  • Independently organise sales and orders including picking, packing, and booking courier, and furthermore following up to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer service education mainly through emails, messages and phone calls.
  • Maintain and manage stock inventory including data entry and stocktake
  • Follow up Quotes by Phone
  • Email Marketing compile lists and target markets

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Computer literate with experience in multiple computer programs including Lightroom, Adobe Photo Editing Software, Microsoft word and excel
  • Developed photography skills and understanding of camera settings.
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Excellent writing and language skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, public relations and customer service skills.
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills.
  • Sound analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Be passionate to excel within a sales team.
