Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to support growth objectives. Responsibilities will include creating proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on market trends to ensure competitive positioning. The role involves working closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while promoting the company's values and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to present and influence stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking, market research, and analytical skills for identifying opportunities
  • Knowledge of the demolition, construction, or civil contracting industries is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and alignment with the company's values of Safety, Positivity, and Care
