About the role:

We are seeking an experienced ITAB Alphagate and Sigmagate Hardware Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, training, and guidance to field technicians and internal staff across our retail hardware operations.

This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continual improvement of our ITAB and Sigmagate systems deployed across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced hardware support and troubleshooting for ITAB Alphagate and Sigmagate systems.
  • Assist and train field technicians in installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and workshops for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth deployment and integration of hardware solutions.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical issues and product updates.
  • Monitor and report on system performance, uptime, and incident trends.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to gate hardware operations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with ITAB Alphagate or Sigmagate hardware systems.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.
  • Experience in technical training and mentoring of field staff.
  • Strong understanding of hardware integration with software and network systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
