Who are Racing Queensland?
RQ is a statutory body whose primary purpose is to promote, enhance and provide a platform to service the industry across three codes of racing: Thoroughbred, Greyhound, and Harness. RQs Mission is to champion great racing and events which connect Queensland communities.
What you'll do, day to day
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment services according to Racing Queensland's training and assessment strategies, session plans and other resources.
- Contribute to the quality assurance, update and/or development of training and assessment documentation and resources as directed.
- Conduct workplace visits for training and assessment purposes.
- Conduct employer resource assessments and workplace inductions for employers, apprentices and trainees.
- Monitor apprentice and trainee progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on outcomes.
