Graduate Accountant – Aged Care | Full-Time | Relocate to Busselton

About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate who is eager to build a solid career foundation while gaining exposure to a wide range of financial operations in the aged care sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the maintenance and oversight of the organisation's service agreements
  • Support accounts payable/receivable functions
  • Support revenue recognition and management functions
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and variance analysis
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide financial support to operational managers across the organisation
  • Assist with financial reconciliations
  • Assist with audits and funding compliance requirements

About You:

You're a dynamic and adaptable recent Accounting graduate with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for numbers and problem-solving.

Agile and independent, you excel in fast-paced environments and bring a willingness to learn.

You embrace variety, thrive on learning, and are equally confident working autonomously or as part of a collaborative team. Always looking to add value, you proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and make a meaningful impact wherever you go.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field.
  • Permanent Australian working rights.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with accounting software desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a supportive environment
